ICFO Annual General Meetings

This year the Annual General Meeting of the International Committee on Fundraising Organizations (ICFO) was hosted by member organization Fundación Lealtad. The topic was 'Independent monitoring of NGOs: Enhancing donor trust on a global basis'.

Monitoring NGOs is becoming more important around the globe, not only because donors have an increasing need for transparency and accountability, but also because of the growing civil society in the South of Europe, Asia and Latin America.

 

This year the annual events of Zewo and the International Committee on Fundraising Organizations (ICFO) was combined. Together we focused on global trends in the charity sector and the challenges involved for national monitoring organizations.
